Endometriosis affects an estimated 1 in 10 girls, women, and those assigned female at birth worldwide — roughly 190 million people. That's a sister, a daughter, a partner, a coworker, a friend. And yet the disease remains chronically underdiagnosed, misunderstood, and dismissed.
The Bloom 1 in 10 design speaks visually to that reality: a grid of soft roses in bloom with one striking red rose at the center — a quiet, powerful reminder that behind the number is a person, and behind every person is a story of pain, delay, and resilience.
Excision surgery — the surgical removal of endometriosis at its root — is the gold standard of care. But it remains inaccessible for most patients due to insurance gaps, high out-of-pocket costs, and a shortage of trained specialists. That's where this fundraiser comes in.
Where every dollar goes
100% of the proceeds from the Bloom 1 in 10 collection go directly into the surgery fund to help endo warriors who cannot afford excision surgery. Every tee, tank, long sleeve, hoodie, and sweatshirt purchased helps cover the cost of life-changing surgical care.
Endo Excision for All also advocates on Capitol Hill for reimbursement reform, educates lawmakers and providers, and builds pressure for nationwide insurance coverage of excision. This advocacy work is funded by the founder and is not paid for by donation or apparel proceeds.

About Endo Excision for All
Endo Excision for All is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring every person with endometriosis can access gold-standard excision surgery, regardless of insurance status or financial means. Founded by Nicole Notar, who endured a decade of misdiagnoses before an excision specialist removed 73 endometriosis lesions covering her entire reproductive system and four other organs, our mission is to advocate for policy change to demand comprehensive insurance coverage, educate patients and providers, and fund patient surgeries until the system change happens.
