This campaign isn’t just clothing — it’s a call for equity.
Endometriosis patients struggle to access excision surgery because CMS reimburses this complex, gold-standard procedure at nearly the same rate as simple ablation. Insurers follow CMS, creating a national access crisis: specialists can’t take insurance, and patients face impossible barriers to care.
This is a policy failure — and it’s fixable.
Outdated CPT codes and undervalued RVUs keep excision inaccessible, pushing specialists out-of-network and deepening disparities for low-income communities and patients of color. Congress must act to correct reimbursement and protect access to comprehensive care.
Proceeds from this campaign fuel our advocacy: educating lawmakers, elevating patient voices, and pushing for nationwide insurance coverage of excision.
Wearing this apparel sends a clear message: Endo Girls Need Access. Excision must be accessible. Equity is non-negotiable.
