Endometriosis doesn’t end with menopause.
Many people are told that endometriosis disappears after menopause—but for countless patients, symptoms persist, recur, or worsen. Post-menopausal individuals often face renewed medical gaslighting, delayed care, and a lack of appropriate support.
This private support group exists to connect post-menopausal individuals living with endometriosis in a safe, validating space—where your experience is believed and your symptoms are taken seriously.
You are not imagining this. You are not alone. And your care still matters.
Centering experiences often ignored in endometriosis care.
Post-menopausal endometriosis is frequently misunderstood, under-researched, and dismissed by healthcare systems. Many patients are told their pain is unrelated, “normal aging,” or impossible after menopause.
This group was created to counter that narrative.
Our approach is:
Trauma-informed
Peer-supported
Actively moderated
Rooted in education, validation, and lived experience
We believe post-menopausal patients deserve the same seriousness, access, and respect as anyone else with endometriosis.
Community Guidelines
A respectful, safe, and private space.
To protect everyone in this group:

Support that meets you where you are.
This group meets remotely via WhatsApp, offering connection and community for post-menopausal individuals navigating ongoing endometriosis symptoms, recurrence, surgical decisions, hormone changes, or medical dismissal.
This is a peer-support space, not a replacement for medical care, designed to reduce isolation and reaffirm that endometriosis is not limited by age or reproductive status.
Your symptoms don’t expire.
If you’re post-menopausal and still living with endometriosis—or searching for answers—you deserve support, validation, and community.
