Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Specialists for Endometriosis

Pelvic floor dysfunction is common among people living with endometriosis. Chronic pelvic pain, painful intercourse, bowel and bladder symptoms, muscle guarding, and post-surgical recovery challenges can all be connected to pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. Pelvic floor physical therapy (PFPT) is often an important part of comprehensive endometriosis care.

This directory was created to help patients find pelvic floor physical therapists who are experienced in working with endometriosis and complex pelvic pain.

Each provider listed here has been patient-vetted, meaning individuals within the endometriosis community have shared positive experiences receiving care from them. Our goal is to reduce the burden of searching for knowledgeable providers and to increase access to trauma-informed, endometriosis-aware pelvic health support.

We encourage all patients to research providers, ask questions about training and experience with endometriosis, and determine whether a provider is the right fit for their individual needs.
